Have you ever just wanted everything to just go away? Well, that's how I feel right now. I tired of working at Blockbuster Video. I hate movies and I hate people who watch them. Next time any of you people go to a Blockbuster... be a little nicer to the person behind the counter; it might make them feel better. And while I'm at it, why don't all you people grow up. God, I've never had to baby so many people in my life. "I don't have my card" "I didn't know it was due today" "Blah, blah, blah" And take some f***ing responsiblity for once in your life... geez its sooooo easy to blame it on someone else. Like me, yeah, blame it on me even though I had nothing to do with it. Its always someone elses fault. You people make me sick.

No wonder I'm a Satsuki fan. I can relate to her pretty well. I think I'll change the name on my badge... really screw with people's minds. Geez, I just don't have anything nice to say anymore. Doesn't mean I'll stay quiet. Not until things change... so I'll be talking for a while, won't I.

I have an awesome idea but, I'm hesitant to go through with it. I want to make a website for all the Anime fans of Las Vegas, Nevada but, I don't know if I have the commitment to keep up on something as important as it. So far the idea is only in planning stages and a layout for the website is being tested... I do really want to go through with the idea, even if it bombs because there have to be anime fans in this stupid town.

Speaking of this stupid town. I was wondering the other day why people WANT to come to Vegas. Which part of this lame excuse for a town attracks people the most? Is it those corny stage shows, or the casino specific attractions like the Dolphins at the Mirage or the Shark tank at the Mandalay Bay, or could it be the fact that there are more strip clubs per mile than anything else? I don't think I'll ever figure it out. Up till recently I was planning on maybe staying in this town. Not anymore. Oh, yeah before I forget I'd like to take this time to thank all those wonderfully stupid people who actually support putting a Nuke dump in my backyard. As long as its out of your backyard its okay I guess. Anyway, I won't be staying in Vegas anymore. Because its not fun here. Practically everything that was even remotely family related has been shut down. I hate bright lights, loud noises and smoke. And I still can't see a half decent art show in this town... specifically since everyone laughs at the fact that there is actually a Guggenhiem museum here in town at one of the casinos... but hey its here I guess. Now if they would only change their exhibits. I also can't get a graphic design job here. Once I get my BA from UNLV I am outta here!!!!

Been having a sucky life lately. Wish everything would hurry and straighten up.

Ever had a corny dream? I do. I'm waiting for my prince, of sorts. I wonder if he even exists somethimes... or even if the whole concept of the "prince" is under-rated. Sometimes I really hate the fact that I grew up on Disney... stupid things fill your head with pathetic dreams of princes and princesses and the idea that everything will have a happy ending. The underlying message is that good endings will only happen to popular people. I mean, do you ever see intelligent, not so popular, kind-a average people getting cool things just by being themselves.... no. They always have to change themselves to get cool things... like boyfriends. The messages we recieve through pop culture. No wonder there are so many jerky people out there. Geez.

Yesterday was my 20th birthday. YAY! me. Probably the most eventfull thing was that I saw a shooting star and made a wish for a better job.

My summer classes started today. I'm going to be ever so busy, with class and work. But if it means I can graduate in the fall, I'll do it. Even if I have to sacrafice a whole bunch of stuff. I want to hurry up and finish this degree so I can go and focus on a better one. ^_^ I also want to go to a better school. I mean Community Colleges are okay... but they just don't feel like a real college to me. Oh, I'll be attending UNLV in the spring. Their art department is really good. Nice quality teachers. And at non-art school prices. I would've loved to attend a real art school, but every year tuition would be similar to buying a small car.... so I opted to not put my parents through that sort of monetary hell. Plus... not to be mean, its just sometimes those art students really freak me out... I'm an awfully down-to-earth sort of art student. Example: I won't paint a red dot on a white canvas and call it art. I call that "lazy". I like to put a little substance into my works.... okay, a lot of substance. And I usually don't tack on specific meanings to my stuff. It is what it is. I suppose I should make that my motto.

Today was a rather boring day. I wish Kare Kano had come out this week like it was suppose to. I understand Right Stuf is making sure its running fine and all.... really that's not the problem. Really, Suncoast is the problem. They never have anime on time and they are constantly giving me the same excuse as to why its not on the shelf. Apparently it is the fault of the company releasing said anime. I find that hard to believe... specifically with releases from Pioneer and ADV because they are really good at having things in the stores when they say it should be. Media Blasters on the other hand... I know they suck at releasing stuff, so I don't expect their stuff on the release dates they give.
Since I work a Blockbuster... its rare to find a title available for order. ADV titles are about the only thing I can get through that system. Annnnd apparently the Suncoast I go to no longer uses their computers to look up release dates. At least when I go, they are thumbing through binders filled to the brim with papers and telling me they're probably not going to get the title. Why do I have to live in this place where there are no anime orientated stores? Sometimes I really hate Las Vegas. I want to move to a place with more readily available anime. But not California.

YAY!!! I saw Garbage perform here last night. Soooooo happy. Their set was a mix of their old (but good) songs and a couple of their new ones.... including a remix of a Ramones song. Just in case 'ya didn't know; Garbage is my all time favorite band. And you shouldn't talk badly about them in front of my face... or I may have to hurt you. My second favorite band is the Cranberries. Heh, I listen to depressing music... at least it sounds depressing to some people. There are some deep thoughts expressed in those songs and I happen to believe the darker the song is the more soul was put into creating it. So there. I dislike poppy sounding music unless, it is song by a Japanese singer... then its okay. *hee* I have odd musical tastes.
